My approach starts with the business problem. I like understanding how a process works today, where the friction exists, and what people actually need before thinking about the technology that will solve it.

I use that approach to design ServiceNow solutions involving application development, workflow automation, data architecture, security, reporting, and user experience.

Through hands-on projects and continuous learning, I’m building my expertise around one goal: turning complex business processes into practical ServiceNow solutions that work for the people and organizations using them.
